Summer glau

She really must have impressed since she transformed that single episode into the lead role in Whedon's upcoming hit TV show, Firefly. Summer Glau was very good at handling the complex role as River Tam. As Tam her character, she was enticed into government-sponsored experiments that required her to be trained to be the ultimate assassin. Tam's capacity to control her emotions has been taken from her. Glau's combat skills were shown on Firefly. Glau was able to fully exploit her athletic talent since she was preparing to become an assassin. Her classical education is what makes her an extremely skilled ballerina. Her dancing prowess also includes training in flamenco and tango however it was her broken toe that ended her dancing career. Firefly ran for only just one season but it enjoyed a huge fan base. This was so intense that Whedon returned to the show after a few years. Summer Glau was still getting good work during the time.
